This hotel is a Business type of modern Hotel. And it's on a rather uninteresting Street. In fact, there's a Hardware Store next door! But you need to walk down a little street on the left, as you turn left out of the front door. Then head down to the Old Town. It's full of Restaurants and Bars. And then you'll come to the Harbour. With lots of Yachts. But the Bars there are expensive. Better to stick to the little lanes behind. Which are more interesting. Unless you're into Yachts. The room and Bathroom were great. And the Breakfast was varied. Lovely bread. Fabulous Greek Yoghurt. ALSO, the Bus to Lefkada AND the Airport goes from just across the Road. Brilliant. You pay onboard!.

Loved the really big room, the excellent location (just next to all the great restaurants), the staff, the minimal decoration. Really value for money!

Really great hotel seemingly freshly renovated. The comfort room was spacy, super clean, all necessities that you need for a nice stay (fridge, AC, balcony, great shower, comfortable beds). The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfest was enough for the price (bred, eggs, cornflakes, fruits, good coffee...). We were also able to rent bikes for free from the hotel and leave the luggage in a secured room. Highly recommended place to stay in Preveza.

The property was in an easy to find location; right in the heart of things and close to the places we wanted to go. Bus stops, if required, are just outside. Our room was spacious with with a city and sea view. We had been upgraded which was unexpected but we were appreciative of it. The room was nicely furnished; good lighting; good bathroom; comfortable bed on the softer side. We had a large corner balcony. We chose to take breakfast and were happy with both quality and variety offered. The staff we met were all efficient and friendly - sorry we only know the name of one of the guys on reception, Gregoris.

The location of the hotel is close to the center and the promenade, as well as a large market. Although the number of parking spaces is limited, we park our car at the hotel every day. The hotel staff is friendly and the cleanliness in the hotel is good.

Very nice hotel - a palace compared to the place where I stayed in parga. Nice breakfast, comfy bed and bathroom, very spacious room. I was disappointed that my bathtub didn’t have a plug so I could only have a shower. Location is great -15 min walk to beach, 5 min to the old city centre!

We picked this hotel as it had a 24 hour check in and our flight didn't land until 10pm. The hotel was was on a main street but we were away from the road so didn't hear any noise. The desk staff was able to give us directions where we could get some food which was very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice but no decaffeinated coffee (I can not handle caffeine) but thankfully I had taken my own. After breakfast a different member of staff was very helpful in organising a hire car for us.

Super welcoming staff. Everyone with whom we interacted from front desk to staff in the breakfast room was really helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a very nice spacious room. The hotel was quiet and in a good location for walking to the seafront and restaurants. We managed to park right outside too. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice.

The location was really close to the center, just 2 minutes from the sea. The rooms were very well soundproofed. It was spatious and comfortable Breakfast was good as well. The rooms were comfortable, even though some of us didn't have very comfortable mattresses (we had 3 rooms and two of us didn't sleep very well)
